...I was impressed by Dale-Properties' professionalism from the beginning of our negotiations. They were friendly and helpful throughout. They even helped us find a solicitor. We had some minor damage, which required us repairing it. Dale-Properties were very patient and in the end it did not hold matters up. The sale went smoothly and progressed exactly as they said.
